Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any ready mix concrete delivery or turnkey installation services you request from Nikky Ready Mix Concrete Inc. (“Nikky Ready Mix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, submitting an order, or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Our Services

Nikky Ready Mix Concrete Inc. provides ready mix concrete delivery and turnkey concrete installation services (including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, slabs and parking lots) in Conroe, TX, Montgomery County and the greater Houston area. Prices, mixes and availability shown on this website are subject to confirmation by phone before any order is finalized.

Estimates, Pricing & Payment

Prices shown through our online pricing calculator are estimates for 3000 PSI ready mix concrete and include delivery within 30 miles of our Conroe yard. Orders delivered beyond 30 miles, special-order PSI or mixes, and turnkey installation projects require a phone confirmation before final pricing is set. Final pricing, payment terms and any additional charges (including extended delivery distance, wait time, or special materials) will always be confirmed with you directly before your order is scheduled.

Submitting a form or order request through this website is a request for us to contact you — it is not a confirmed order until we have spoken with you and confirmed all details, including price, delivery date and payment method.

Delivery & Scheduling

Delivery dates and times are scheduled based on availability and are subject to change due to weather, site access, traffic, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays as soon as we’re aware of them.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate site access for our delivery trucks and crew. Nikky Ready Mix Concrete Inc. is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by inadequate site access, unmarked hazards, or site conditions not disclosed to us in advance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because ready mix concrete is manufactured and dispatched for your specific order, changes or cancellations must be made as early as possible by phone. Orders that have already been batched, dispatched, or are in transit may not be eligible for cancellation, and applicable charges may still apply. We’ll always work with you directly to resolve scheduling changes wherever we reasonably can.

Warranties & Limitation Of Liability

We stand behind the quality of the concrete we supply and the workmanship of any installation services we perform. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikky Ready Mix Concrete Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from delivery or installation services, including damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control such as weather, subgrade conditions not prepared by us, or improper curing after we leave the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Texas or federal law.
